Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a therapeutic practice derived from traditional Chinese medicine which involves stimulating specific points on the body called acupuncture points, in order to relieve, prevent or improve a difficulty or disease. It can be used as a preventive, therapeutic or complementary treatment as needed.

Type of treatments

Cupping:

 

Cupping is a treatment that aims to increase blood circulation, promote the elimination of toxins to encourage healing and pain relief.

Magnets:   

 

Magnets consist of using treatment magnets to stimulate acupuncture points. Used as a complement to or as a replacement for acupuncture needles.

Guasha:

 

Guasha is a technique using a tool that puts  pressure on the skin's surface to release connective tissue, scar tissue and muscle tension.

Auriculotherapy:

 

Auriculotherapy uses reflex points on the ear to treat a wide range of conditions, both physical and emotional.

Electro-acupuncture:

 

Electro-acupuncture is the use of a light electrical impulse on certain acupuncture needles.
