Marie-Michelle is a doctoral student in the Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) program and is currently completing her doctoral internship at Centre Mieux-Être. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Université de Moncton, where she is currently pursuing her doctoral studies.
In her practice, Marie-Michelle provides psychological assessment services as well as supervised psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in neurodiversity and works with individuals who have, or are exploring the possibility of, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), giftedness, or twice-exceptional profiles. She also supports individuals experiencing a variety of emotional, relational, or adjustment-related challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem, and difficulties associated with different life transitions.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She places particular importance on creating a space where clients can better understand themselves and how they function, put their experiences into words, and develop practical strategies that fit their everyday reality. Her practice is informed by current scientific knowledge and emphasizes a holistic understanding of each person, including their strengths, challenges, and the context in which they live.
Curious and committed to her ongoing professional development, Marie-Michelle views the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the process. She strives to provide support that is compassionate, accessible, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
