Elizabeth Harmon (she/her) earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from St. Thomas University in 2022 and completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2024. As of February 2025, she is a Licensed Counselling Therapy Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB). Additionally, since February 2025, Elizabeth has obtained Level 1 certification in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Before entering the mental health field, Elizabeth worked in housing support for adults with disabilities and with children through the 4-H program. She recently completed her practicum at Mind at Peace, where she had the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including children, teens, adults, and couples. Elizabeth’s practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches, incorporating Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman interventions for Couples Therapy.
She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development to better support her clients on their healing journeys. Currently, she is pursuing the HEAL-Basic EFPL Certification (Bronze) Keys to Connection.
