Megan Chevalier-Parent

Psychosocial worker and project coordinator

Mégan holds a college diploma in intervention studies and a multidisciplinary bachelor's degree in human development psychology and sexology, along with several additional trainings related to mental health, including suicide prevention and counseling.

For over 15 years, she has worked in various intervention settings, including community organizations, schools, daycare centers, and shelters for women and children affected by violence. She has also participated in a government project aimed at preventing school dropout in high-risk environments, working with children of different ages to foster their creative skills. More recently, and still currently, she has been working in a hospital setting in the mental health and suicide prevention unit.

Mégan firmly believes that every human being is unique, with their own inner light, and deserves compassionate support during difficult times. She is convinced that, as a society, we must work towards destigmatizing mental health issues so that we can all grow and thrive together.

She is thrilled to bring her expertise to the Centre Mieux-Être, as she strongly believes in its mission as a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to the overall well-being of individuals.
