Yoga is the practice of sets of postures and breathing exercises aimed at providing physical and mental wellbeing.

 

Therapeutic yoga uses the practices of yoga to bring the individual to find balance on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

 

Also,  yoga for trauma is offered at the Center.

Each human being is unique,  and therapeutic yoga offers you personalized sessions, according to the objectives you want achieved by:
